CUSTOMER CREDIT APPLICATION
All customers must submit a credit application and undergo an account and credit approval process prior to receiving products or services on an open account basis. Customers will be asked to submit a properly completed resale certificate including address & signature for the State in which the sale occurs (usually where the product ships). Until customers successfully complete this process, orders will require prepayment (ex: cash, cleared check or credit card). Unless otherwise agreed upon, our terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Any account that is past due and/or over credit limit may incur interest and service charges and be placed on a prepayment basis until the account is brought current and to a satisfactory status.
